I am based within the outskirts of Worcester, in Sinton Green.
I am a member of the BABCP and also registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Exceeding Expectations One Patient at a Time
I have worked within the mental health Sector for over 8 years now. I initially qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2009, following which i worked within both adult and children's services. My main experience is working within the NHS, however more recently i have taken up a role within the private healthcare sector working with adults with Eating Disorders.
During my time working within the NHS, i became very aware that my style of working linked to that of a CBT model and because of this i was lucky enough to undertake a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT in 2015, this has allowed me to become accredited by the BABCP.
I am able to offer assessments and on-going therapy, depending on the requirements of the individual. I am able to offer telephone consultations, which i do not charge for and then if we agree that CBT is right for you, i can offer therapy in a confidential and friendly environment. If i do not feel that i am able to help, then i will be able to signpost you to other services and professionals, which maybe able to provide the support that is required.
Due to my experience both in the NHS and private sector, i have close links with other professionals and their services.
I am a hard working individual that strives to help those i work with, to ensure that they can enjoy their life to the fullest extent.
